Orders are sent Mon-Fri. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.
To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the NZ Post Tracking Tool.

We are currently able to deliver to selected destinations outside of New Zealand.
Now we have a special shipping offer for customers in Malaysia and Taiwan: Malaysia RM 36/kg, Taiwan NT$ 270/kg. Orders in these areas can be tracked on http://egtnz.com/
[Notice:] The shipping fee will be charged a minimum of 1kg.
Parcels to Malaysia over 1kg will be charged continuously by 1000g, which means 1.35kg will charge by 2kg.
Other countries and places will be charged continuously by 100g, which means 1.35kg will charge by 1.4kg.
